I love me some SAMI, she's one of my all-time faves, but I think it's time to address her struggles with mental illness and possible thyroid issues.

She's agoraphobic, unemployed, doesn't practice good personal hygiene, obsessive, sweaty, eats junk but doesn't gain weight, plays video games all day...Doesn't care about all her grimy stains and musk and has wanton sexual relations. You put all that together and our girl is lookin' a fuckin' mess. We can't stand back and just fap...not while she's sufferin'!
